Return and Refund Policy

Customized Shirts: We do not accept returns for customized shirts unless there is a manufacturer defect. If you receive the wrong garment, wrong color, or if there is a tear or other defect, we will replace your product. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a replacement.

Retail Items: We offer a 7-day return policy for retail items. To be eligible for a return, the tags must be intact, and the product must be unused. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@shirtmoxy.com or call/text 865-321-3256 to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective)

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@shirtmoxy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@shirtmoxy.com.
