Return and Refund Policy
Customized Shirts: We do not accept returns for customized shirts unless there is a manufacturer defect. If you receive the wrong garment, wrong color, or if there is a tear or other defect, we will replace your product. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a replacement.
Retail Items: We offer a 7-day return policy for retail items. To be eligible for a return, the tags must be intact, and the product must be unused. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@shirtmoxy.com or call/text 865-321-3256 to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective)
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@shirtmoxy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@shirtmoxy.com.
